1.When delivered, the products were damaged or otherwise unfit for resale. Or The products were shipped to you in error, unfortunately despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit to you. 2.Items returned must be unopened, sealed merchandise that is in its original condition. This means you have not used or damaged any of the items. You must make available the invoice number, product, quantity and reason for return when you email or call.
We may arrange pickup at our discretion for an authorised return; a copy of the invoice and authorisation number will be given.
